dedicated to our body and soul
If we want nervous system regulation and soulful embodiment we need regular practice – a ritual, a sacred space we return to again and again to express and discharge the accumulated stresses and energies of our life. 60 minutes in Rhythm Class acts as an anchor point, deepening your resiliency and presence for the rest of your week.
This class follows a rhythmic pattern through the energy centers in a 7 week cycle, from Root to Crown, taking a sacred pause on each 7th week to integrate with your own intuition and stillness:

1 Rhythm Class $18
60 minutes of body, mind, soul integration. Discharging fight/flight and freeze from your nervous system, toning your vagus nerve – leaving you centered, grounded, empowered, with deeper peace and presence.
7 Week Cycle: Root to Crown $88
6 Rhythm Classes over the course of 42 days. 40 days to release old habits and build new ones. The 7th week you will receive a crown chakra email with a prompt to ground into your own intuition and reflection – recordings available if you are unable to make the live class (you can sign up anytime.. and go through all the chakras, example: sign up on heart chakra and go seven weeks till you get through solar plexus)
14 Week Cycle: Root to Crown x 2 $132
