Elena’s Rhythm Class was my weekly salvation. Integration into body and spirit. Elena has a beautiful, welcoming heart, and a fun spontaneous attitude. No matter what you’re feeling before entering into shared space with her (even virtual space) you will come out of it feeling more alive and more YOU! Forever grateful!

If we want nervous system regulation and soulful embodiment we need regular practice – a ritual, a sacred space we return to again and again to express and discharge the accumulated stresses and energies of our life. 75 minutes in Rhythm Class acts as an anchor point, deepening your resiliency and presence for the rest of your week.

Elena always gracefully and intuitively creates a space where you feel safe, welcome and comfortable tuning in to your body and soul’s needs and connections. Every session is an authentic and personal experience; a time of self exploration and love – and a whole lot of joy.

7 Week Cycle: Root to Crown $108

6 Rhythm Classes over the course of 42 days + 1 recorded meditation for a “sacred pause” week TBA. It is said it takes 40 days to release old habits and build new ones, lets do it!

The body is a “show” not “tell” organism – we have to show up to live wholly integrated. Returning to this body-led movement class again and again will start to shift your whole life. You will no longer be practicing embodiment, but living it from the inside out.
